The first event is scheduled for May 26, 2018 and is an evening in honor of Gualtiero Marchesi: the proposal, based on fish, is a journey of taste that allows you to taste the gravlax salmon, cold spaghetti and caviar, cuttlefish with black and roasted lobster with sweet pepper sauce. As an alternative, one can be tempted by the peculiarity of gold and saffron rice, a flat icon by Gualtiero Marchesi, or by the unmistakable flavor of the veal fillet with Rossini.
